Hey y'all,
So today we are going to do a crazy leg workout. More and more people are commenting that they want to see more leg workouts, so here you go. Remember that legs are a very important muscle group to hit weekly, and working them out regularly will get you one step closer to having the body you've always wanted.

Let's do this!
Workout Breakdown:
8 Rounds/ 5 Exercises/ 10 Reps Each/ Minimum Rest
*I'm using dumbbells, but you can use anything to add weight.
Squats
Back Lunges
Front Lunges
Explosive Jumps
Stiff Leg Dead Lifts
