4 minuty intenzivního cvičení pro posílení břišních svalů.

Břicho - Tabata

Vždycky se dívám ve fitkách jak lidi a hlavně ženské cvičí břicho. Cvičí třeba 20 minut. Vůbec nechápu proč ztrácet čas na tak malou partii. Břicho nejde vycvičit. Břicho se tvoří v kuchyni. Já jedu krátké úderné cviky. Každý druhý až třetí den. Maximálně 5 minut.
