Zdravé a hravé cvičení pro děti. Nabízíme cvičení maminek s kojenci a batolaty. Pro předškoláky máme připravené pohybové kroužky – tanečky, relaxační jógu, pohybové hry, cvičení s gymbally a overbally. Rodiče s dětmi si u nás vyzkouší překážkovou dráhu, pestré pomůcky, naučí se říkanky i písničky.
Podporujeme kladný vztah k pohybu a zdravý vývoj dítěte. Naše metodiky vychází z poznatků psychomotorického vývoje a fyzioterapie, kurzy na sebe volně navazují. Pořádáme také cvičení pro těhotné.
Na Praze 4 probíhají naše kurzy v partnerském centru Squash Aréna, kde se můžete těšit na prostorný světlý sál a příjemný bar s dětským koutkem. Pohodlně zde zaparkujete.
