In-line skating, also known as roller blading, is a very complex activity which engages muscles from almost every part of the body. The biggest strain is put on the leg muscles but it also forms the hip and buttock muscles. However, it is not only about lower extremities - in-line skating firms up the back muscles and if we actively involve the arms during skating, they get stronger, too. Roller blading is beneficial to circulatory and respiratory systems. This sport is very popular and there are many special tracks adapted to it.
