About HEAT

H.E.A.T. is an aerobic exercising with a high degree of energy expenditure. It is a fitness program that uses a special treadmill.

Instead of running, you walk on the treadmill, which is healthier for your joints. By changing the inclination you can reduce strenuousness to the level of your skills. The program was inspired by mountain trekking and generally serves as a training for uphill walking.
