About BOSU

It is a demanding balance training using the special BOSU ball. Bosu is performed in two basic positions one of which is very unstable and so ideal for Bosu balance exercises. These especially work the muscles that are important for the stability. The other Bosu position is for example suitable for athletic and aerobic training sessions. Bosu training is meant for almost everyone - professional and recreational athletes, young and older, or even with an injury.
