PESO License Consultant Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organization (PESO) is a division formed by the Government of India under the Department of Promotion of the Market and Internal Profession under the Ministry of Commerce as well as Sector, to carry out Explosives Act 1884, PESO  Poison License ConsultantExplosive Material Act, Oil Act 1934, Combustible Material Act 1952 and Environment Protection Act 1986 to regulate import, export, transport, storage space as well as use of explosive products, flammable products, pressure vessels, cryogenic vessels, design as well as installation of all essential and also relevant infrastructure etc. PESO License Consultant is a regulatory authority with autonomous status. The Department is headed by Principal Controller of Explosives and is also headquartered at Nagpur in the State of Maharashtra in India. The Oil and also Explosives Security Organization (PESO) previously the Division of Nitroglycerins, with its Head Office at Nagpur had finished its century on 9th September 1998. PESO License Consultant of this organization has come under, Ministry of Business and also Sector, Department of Industrial Plan & Promotion, Federal Government of India. PESO License Consultant (formerly called CCoE), headquartered in Nagpur, INDIA. This company authorizes products for suitability in use at Petroleum or any type of place that might be explosive in nature (rich in an ideal combustible atmosphere).

PESO License Consultantrequests various documentation from Domestic and Foreign suppliers. PESO authorization can only be obtained when the manufacturer has a certain order from any one of the Indian organizations. Electrical as well as Digital items are accredited as well as authorized by PESO License Consultant under the Oil Policies.

The need for paperwork is as follows:

- Name and address of the applicant / company
- Account of the supplier
- Details of consumers in oil, petrochemical field to whom the tools are currently supplied abroad
- A letter of authorization by OEM dealt with CCE, authorizing their Indian Agent / Subsidiary to apply and get authorization on their behalf.

- Name of the item for which authorization is sought
- Zone of hazardous location in which the tools are recommended to be installed / utilized.
- Gas group for which authorization is sought.

- Copies of examination certificate of tools evaluated in conformity to ATEX IEC Ex Ex harmonized plan along with duplicate of Test Record with accepted illustration, if any, from Notified Test Residence temperature category like-- T1, T2, T3, T4, T5, doubles countersigned by the manufacturer in initial.

- Replicate most recent Certification of Conformity released by Notified Examination Home under IEC Ex lover Plan in respect of the same devices duly countersigned by OEM in original.

- Replicate of Quality Control Notification in Respect of making device for every tools worried released by an Accredited Accreditation Body under ATEX IEC Ex System

- Declaration of conformity of equipment issued by the Supplier Properly countersigned in initial

- Technical details, Whether a linked device or inherently secure system or like, summary of the equipment, its various models / variants, functioning concept & operating device (in instance of unique type of apparatus) and also procedure manual

- Technical Literature / Brochure of the devices

- Quick review concerning its application / use, constructional / design details / working concept, electrical specifications, and so on

- If the authorization sought for any kind of system where a variety of electrical components are used, separate test certification and also test report is submitted for each part. Authorization will certainly be provided to every element made of the system.

- Documentary proof such as purchase order copy / inquiry / indent of customer for setup in petroleum unsafe area / installation, mentioning the installation place and objective of tools.
