Posilování na BODYPUMP©, bojové umění na BODYCOMBAT©, dance na SH´BAM©, namakání břicha na CX WORX©, pořádná nálož na BODYATTACK© a nakonec protažení na BODYBALANCE©. K tomu všemu ještě 3 novinky z rodiny LesMills, které nemáte šanci jinde vidět! BODYSTEP©, GRIT© cardio a GRIT© strenght. Pojď ochutnat nové lekce z rodiny LesMills!

Dear sports fans,

here we go for the the last mega sporting event this summer! Come for a good dose of endorphins – in the Erpet Golf Center we go the whole day to the max!!!

We are preparing for you 9 exquisite lessons and new choreographies. Weight training at BODYPUMP ©, martial arts at BODYCOMBAT ©, dance at SH'BAM ©, abs workout at the CX WORX ©, pretty tough cardio training at BODYATTACK © and in the end relax and stretching at BODYBALANCE ©. On top of that there will be 3 new LesMills lessons that you have no a chance to see anywhere else! BODYSTEP ©, GRIT cardio© and GRIT strenght©. Come and taste new lessons from the LesMills family!

Apart from the best instructors from Holmes Place you can look forward to top instructors from Norway and England. And on top of that fitness lunch, degustation of supplements for sportsmen, evening barbecue, drinks at the pool, rich tobola and at the end super party!!!
