SEMINAR TOPIC The seminar will include comprehensive and profound Systema training on Breathwork, Hand to Hand Combat, Weapon Control, Working with Tension, Psychological Preparation, Internal Power, Healing Techniques and much more:

- developing flexibility, strength and endurance
- the supremacy of natural body position
- from subtle work to devastating action
- precision, speed and distance in hand to hand and weapons confrontations
- escapes, releases and evasions
- heavy fists and structure of strikes
- pre-emptive defense
- tactics of controlling tension in yourself and your partner
- unarmed knife disarming and knife on knife confrontations
- control of stabbing, cutting and slashing movements
- mastering emotions
- false self confidence and true power from within

SEMINAR CHECK-IN All participants sign in and hand in their participation form before the start of the seminar. You can register by email only when the seminar fee is paid! Please, include in your email:

The form can be filled out on site or it can be downloaded here and handed in before the seminar (Application for Participation)

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
We welcome every person – from beginners to advanced – who wants to learn and grow in the martial arts. No prior knowledge is required. Participants: must be at least 18 years of age and in good health.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
After July 01, you cannot make payment through bank and have to pay at the seminar (pay the exact amount at the seminar).

CANCELLATION As soon as the payment has been received, the registration is considered valid and binding. An already received registration/payment can be cancelled in writing until June 15th 2015 (processing fee: 40 €).
Cancellations after June 15th 2015, as well as those who are absent at the seminar forfeit the entire amount of payment, but another person can take your place.
There is no right to a refund of the seminar cost!

SATURDAY DINNER You can join the dinner with Mikhail Ryabko and Vladimir Vasiliev after the first day of seminar.
Price – 20 euro/ per person ( drinks are not included).
The reservation is open till July 01, 2015.

ACCOMODATION During the seminar, we offer accommodation for the participants :
Economy stay in the gym - 12 euro/per person/per night (you need a sleeping bag)
Economy stay in the guesthouse with breakfast ( 5 min.from seminar gym), 2 x 3-bed rooms. – 20 euro/per person/per night.
Standard accommodation in the hotel 3* with breakfast - 25 euro/per person/per night in double and triple rooms. ( 10 min from seminar gym).
The price for single room is 40 euro/per person/per night.
For registration of accommodation, we need your name and surname, full payment through bank.

THINGS YOU NEED Hall shoes, training knife, stick, training clothes, clothing to keep you warm during the breaks.
