About Circuit training
It is a modern, very effective exercising designated for overall strengthening and stretching of the body. Interval training, based on repeating and rotating of exercises in circle, uses your time effectively. During 30-45 minute long lesson you try various posts, sports machines and tools for forming up of particular body regions.
