About Athletics
Athletics is a sport that includes events such as running, walking, jumping, shot-putting, throwing and others. We distinguish Track and Field, which combines the listed events, and heavy athletics, that includes wrestling and weightlifting. The athletic events are performed either outdoors or indoors and they are a part of fitness exercising for most of the other sports.
