About Martial arts
Martial arts are sets of moves and combat techniques that prepare for an encounter with an adversary. Apart from the physical aspect they also develop spiritual side of personality by using breathing exercises, meditations and other methods. It is only up to you whether you want to master unarmed or armed combat. The most popular martial arts are of the Japanese origin (karate, judo, aikido). Others come from China, Korea or Brazil.
