Škola jógy pro každý den v Plzni se věnuje výuce jógy a Tai-chi pro veřejnost. Kurzy jsou vhodné pro sportovce všech věkových kategorií bez ohledu na pohybové schopnosti. Lekce probíhají v tělocvičnách na Palackého náměstí 27 a v prostorách 4. Základní školy v Plzni. Kurzy probíhají od pondělí do čtvrtka, rozpis lekcí najdete na našich stránkách. Kromě pravidelných cvičení pořádáme během roku i několik víkendových a celotýdenních pohybových seminářů.
