About Exercising for parents and children
The purpose of exercising for parents and children is to provide that the children learn to communicate and to cooperate with the adults, learn to perceive properly things around them and last but not least, physically develop in the right way. To achieve these goals it is recommended to take lessons with an instructor trained in this type of exercising.
