The website claims that the bot can manage any type of assignment. It will also connect you to the best person who is suitable for this task. I was intrigued by this unusual approach and decided to put an order.
QUALITY SERVICE
As with many other nerdify reviews I started by placing my order. It was difficult, as I had a lot to answer the bot's questions until I got the cost and was able select from several nerds.
All communication with my writer (I ordered an essay standard) was sent to this message. I received the final paper before the deadline, but it was horrible. The structure was not logical, there was some mistakes in the text and there was no indication of any sources.
Was nerdify cheating? This was my thought. I sent it for a review. However, the service was not responsible. They refused to compensate me for a terrible piece of writing. Although it was reviewed once, the paper didn't improve. Thus, I can't call gonerdify reliable.
PRICES and Deadlines
How much does nerdify cost? It is an interesting question without an answer. There is no pricing table or any similar. To place an order with a bot you will need to send many messages describing your request. That can be very slow.
It is impossible for nerdify prices to be compared with average prices on market. Furthermore, there are no nerdify promo codes, discounts or loyalty program that can lower the price. You get 11% commission.
GUARANTEE
Is go nerdify legit? It seems it is with the two offices in the US. Guarantees are more complicated. On the refund page there is not much information. You can contact the service to report any issues as soon as possible. They will process your claim in 3-5 days.
They don’t tell you how much and in which situations you can expect a complete refund. I feel it suggests that the company doesn’t have responsibility for its nerds.
Is nerdify safe? The privacy policy is detailed, and in many cases allows the company to access your data. It doesn’t appear safe to me.
REPUTATION ONLINE
You can read reviews about the nerdify Reddit services as well as feedback from customers such as TrustPilot, (4.7 ratings), and SiteJabber, (3.8 ratings with many negative reviews).
A majority of customers have negative feedback on gonerdify. They complain about the poor product quality, customer support issues, and the inability for a return.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT
So is gonerdify legal? The company has two addresses in London as well as San Francisco. It also offers emails and the option of giving your number for them to text back.
Your main source of communication is the AI-bot. This allows you to place an order and talk to your nerd or support agent. I found this frustrating as I had to wait several hours to receive answers to my questions.
CONCLUSION
My gonerdify review is negative in that it is not high quality, customer support is lacking and they are unable to resolve any urgent issues. Also, pricing and guarantees are vague. Until this is corrected, I can't recommend it.
