Nohejbal - the 10th Edition

| Žluté lázně | Finished
Žluté lázně
Saturday 22.4.2017
11:00 - 16:00

Description

Tourney time again!!!!

Brought to you by Hut 7 and Rod Stewart

DON'T FORGET TO SHARE AND INVITE

- We're playing Triples (TEAMS OF 3) - although this might change
- Entry approx 100 Kc per person (depending on turn out)

RULES:
Basically, there are teams of 3, who have to boot the ball over a net. Beyond that, i'll let wikipedia take over:

TRIPLES: three players, three touches (but not two consecutive touches by the same player), one bounce allowed, a set finishes with 11th point with a two-point difference, maximum score is 15:14. To win a match, the team has to win 2 sets. The players may not touch the net during open play, otherwise it is a point for the opponent.

FYI:
Nohejbal is a traditional Czechoslovak sport. Originally invented by Slavia Prague football team in 1920s and now used in variations in football training all over the world. Czechs, Slovaks and a handful of other countries regard the sport to be a standalone one (there is a league and even a World Cup - usually won by the Czechs lol).
In English the sport is called Football Tennis or sometimes Futnet, in German it is Fussballtennis.
The game is widely popular on the Czech countryside as it can be played at any age (and with a beer in hand).
