About CrossFit
CrossFit exercises are based on complexness and intensity. They put emphasis on physical development of the whole body, its strength, stability, dexterity, agility. Therefore the exercises are not focused on a particular part of body but they involve all muscles at the same time. Examples of these are dead lift, sprints, rowing, lunges, gymnastics, etc. The important thing is to vary the exercises, CrossFit aims to avoid an exercise stereotype.
