Aerobic Klub Lady byl založen v roce 1998 a zpočátku nabízel pouze služby spojené s komerčním aerobikem pro děti, mládež a dospělé. V roce 2003 však odstartoval svou soutěžní činnost a aktuálně patří mezi nejúspěšnější plzeňské kluby registrované v Českém svazu aerobiku a fitness FISAF.CZ
