The program will include comprehensive and profound Systema training on Breathwork, Combative Preparation, Hand to Hand, and much more. The training is suitable for beginners and is the next step for experienced martial artists and professionals.

SEMINAR PAYMENT

one day seminar - 60 EUR ( 1700 kc)
After 01.04.2015
whole seminar - 130 EUR (3650 kc)
one day seminar - 90 EUR ( 2550 kc)

Cancellation (and refund) after 01 April, 2015 is not possible, but you can have another person take your place. Without payment the registration is incomplete.

FOR PARTICIPANTS
We welcome every person – from beginners to advanced – who wants to learn and grow in the martial arts. No prior knowledge is required. Participants: must be at least 18 years of age and in good health.Seminar is at your own risk. The organizer and the trainers are not taking any liability. By registering you accept this.

THINGS YOU NEED
Hall shoes, training knife, training clothes, extra t-shirt and clothing to keep you warm during the breaks.
